The accuracy of a finished part begins with the first cut. Our suite of advanced laser cutting technologies enables us to achieve complex geometries and tight tolerances on a wide range of materials and thicknesses, setting the stage for smooth downstream operations.

Stainless Steel Laser Cutting

Our 12,000-watt fiber laser delivers high-speed cutting on a large 80″ x 160″ bed. With automated loading and a typical tolerance of +/- 0.005″, we produce highly accurate blanks for forming and welding.

Tube Laser Cutting

Our advanced tube laser system processes round and structural tubing up to 30 ft in length and 10″ in diameter. Integrated bevel cutting and feature creation are performed in a single setup, minimizing secondary operations and part handling. This streamlined approach improves dimensional consistency, achieving typical tolerances of ±0.010″.

3D Laser Cutting

For three-dimensional cutting on pre-formed components, our 5-axis laser cutting system delivers positional accuracy to ±0.005″. This capability enables the precise addition of holes, contours, and trim features on complex geometries after forming, maintaining tight tolerances while preserving part integrity.

CNC Press Brake Forming

Translating flat parts into three-dimensional components requires a high degree of control. Our CNC press brakes are programmed directly from 3D models, helping to ensure bend angles are highly precise and repeatable across the production run.

Our high-tonnage CNC press brake forms heavy plate up to 24 ft in length, delivering the force and control required for large-scale structural components. Precision-controlled bending ensures dimensional accuracy and repeatability on thick-gauge materials.

High-Precision Forming

For intricate parts, our fleet of multi-axis CNC press brakes delivers precision-controlled forming with exceptional repeatability. Programmable backgauges, multi-axis ram control, and real-time angle correction enable tight bend tolerances and consistent part geometry across production runs. This level of control is critical for complex assemblies and tight-fitting weldments, reducing fit-up time and minimizing rework.
